I think that for a company to be in service for this long only to have 2 complaints which clearly are the homeowners default is great. I think that some people try to bad mouth this company when they go into default.

I think that looking at binding contracts it clearly states in there that when in default of a loan late charges will be assessed. I guess the previous two complaints failed to read their contracts.

I would continue being a customer with Dovenmuehle because I've had the nicest people that I've spoken to. Of course anyone knows that collection departments are not always nice and that should be a good reason not to default on a loan.

They are awful! It is obvious by this ignorant statement that this person has forgotten that people are people not just contracts....

Your oh so great company forced flood insurance wrongfully and it cost me my home. Let's see....

They violated RESPA, FCRA, and basically robbed many people. I don't know about others but I never signed up for a mortgage with Dovenmuehle they just came in and took over ruining my right to the "American Dream". It truly is amazing they are still in business but the only reason why is because once they rob you blind its hard to fight back furthermore, they go after the weak and sick.They truly are bottom feeders.
