Dovenmuehle Mortgage - Have not Cancelled my Paid Mortgage
On August 21st, 2015 I paid off my Dovenmuhle mortgage (DBA Whitney Bank Mortgage). I still have not received documentation from Dovenmuhle (DBA Whitney Bank) that my mortgage has been cancelled.
Employees of Whitney Bank have even contacted Dovenmuhle about my account, but they are unable to speak to the same person, and the person spoken to only will give their first name.
Every time we inquire from Dovenmuhle (DBA Whitney Mortgage) the story changes when the mortgage will be cancelled and I will receive the necessary paperwork showing the mortgage to be closed. My next step in this process is to file a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau against Whitney Bank and Dovenmuhle
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
