Wont reafirm my mortgage after bankruptsy
I have been paying for 10 years and now they stopped taking my payments all of a sudden,,,, no one knows why, they brought my fico from 748 down to 509,,, now I cant even refinance or by anything,, they wont cooperate call and get shuffled around to different operators,, no one can give me a straight answer,, my mortgage rate is 6.625% you would figure they would want to reaffirm a high rate . but no ,, my bankruptcy was discharged in 2007,,, why now are the being idiots?, in 2011 when I was paying child support and alimony they did a loan modification for me,,, that was a act of god, I called them every night after work, got no where most nights,, then I finally got thru to someone and got the ball rolling,,,it was so much work babysitting them. now they have me blocked from online access and paying over the phone,,if I mail a check they keep half and send me back half,,, sounds like I,m being scammed

Customer Service...what's that?
Oh how I miss the days when our credit union serviced their own mortgages... Now after refinancing for a lower rate, we get stuck with the "Mortgage Loan Servicer of the Apocalypse": Dovenmuehle!
Lousy customer service. NO FLEXIBLE PAYMENT OPTIONS (we used to split our payment, but NO MORE) My latest gripe is that they STILL do not have their 1098 forms ready!!! I've had my W-2 forms for weeks now, and STILL CANNOT FILE MY TAXES.
Is it THAT HARD to calculate mortgage income payments??? You would think they could get this information our RIGHT AFTER THE LAST PAYMENT IN DECEMBER...but I guess that is too much to ask for :-(

My mortgage has been sold off once again. :( I didn't receive anything from Dovenmuehle Mortgage letting me know this until 14 days after my mortgage was supposed be paid to them.
After multiple calls to customer service I tried to set up an online payment only to have the system fail to email me the six-digit passcode to complete the registration. It would only say Need assistance? Call 1-80*-669-****.
When I called the number they said they couldn't help me to try it again and again only to get the same message over and over. How are you supposed to get anywhere when the online system doesn't work and customer service says they can't help you try it online again???

STAY AWAY
They do not know how to maintain an escrow account. I received a letter from my hazard insurance company that they have billed my escrow for the up coming year.
Then I received a packet with the new declaration packets so I am assuming everything is ok because whey would the send new declarations pages if the payment has not been made. A few weeks later I received a letter that my hazard insurance policy is going to be cancelled for non payment in a week. I of course called the hazard insurance company to find out what was going on and they stated they never received payment from our mortgage company so I paid it over the phone right then to avoid it from being cancelled. I then called my mortgage company to find out what was going on and they stated that they sent payment in Sept.
They received the same letter a week prior to me receiving my letter and did NOTHING to research the payment or see what was going on. They don't do that until the homeowner calls to request it. That is ***!!!!! Then I am told that the payment that I made will go back into my escrow account and not back to me.
Stay away from this company. I am still trying to get this situation taken care of and in the mean time I am refinancing my house with a different lender!!!!!

Horrible Customer Service!
Had an issue that I was assured would be taken care of in 3-5 days. Two weeks later it was unresolved. I spoke to a Supervisor named April. Apparently they made a decision not to handle the issue the way I was told it would be handled, and never bothered to call and tell me. When I asked why they didn't contact me, the response was 'We don't make outbound calls. You should have called us.'
As if that wasn't bad enough, when I asked to speak to April's Manager, I was told that she 'doesn't take calls from customers.' A CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER THAT DOES NOT TAKE CALLS FROM CUSTOMERS. Unbelievable. I've been in financial services for over 30 years and at one time managed a customer service group. I cannot imagine the repercussions if I refused to talk to a customer.
This company exemplifies horrible customer service. I'll be sending a letter to the CEO this week.

Everytime I spoke with someone they told me something different about receiving my escrow refund, seems that they have an issue with processing payments also, I was told that they did not receive my payment, but was sent a receipt stating that they did, I am not sure what the issue is but I definitely feel as something is very wrong, there has been so many red flags, I do not wish this company on anyone

This company is HORRIBLE!! I am a victim of the flooding in Louisiana. Every creditor we called has helped by giving us at least 30 to 60 days to make some assessments. We were blessed not to have water in our home although our neighbors have 2 to 4 ft of water. However, our jobs are under water and roads are closed and blocked off. We would just like some sort of consideration in light of our financial condition at this time. I've been transferred to 3 different departments only to tell us that someone would call us back on tomorrow with phone services in and out this is INSANE. I wish that they would just sell my mortgage b/c just about anybody is better than this ***. If, we make it out of this I'm selling my home just so I no longer have to deal with these people. I've owned 2 homes and I have never had to deal with a company like this. We're not asking for anything but time.

Change of address
Called to change mailing address. Told me it had to be in writing with signatures from both property owners.
Completed form and mailed in, it was on the back of our payment coupon. Continued to get mail at wrong address. Called and called and called for two months, still wrong address. Called customer service supervisor, bigger (expletive) than the others, still they do not have the correct address and will not fix it.
They do continue to cash the checks and receive the payment coupons. Can't believe the worst customer service I have ever dealt with.
Will be changing our mortgage company, regardless of what it costs. Do not do business with this company.

The worst company I've ever worked for and it's so look filthy. Terrible training that's why people that are serviced thru then are very unhappy.
