They ignore your request for forbearance due to job loss from Covid-19

Calling Dovenmuehle Mortgage yields a prompt to initiate Covid-19 mortgage relief by phone. Since March 19, 2020, I have initiated FOUR such requests by telephone, two on the website, and three on the parent company's (network Funding LLP) website and received no response.

After you file your claim by telephone, Dovenmuele's call tree also features a prompt to stay on the line to speak to a loss mitigation specialist. Pressing that prompt takes the user to the loans payment history, not to an individual.

This is simply NOT acceptable customer service.

Once this is finished, and given an opportunity to refinance with another company, I will. You would think that a company would be willing and able to work with a customer with a credit rating just a couple of points away from 800 who has precipitously lost 50% of their income is struggling to pay employees and honor debts.

I guess not.

Follow up: sending the parent company, Network Funding LLP this review and number yielded me an escalation. First, Dovenmuehle called from a blocked number at 1:00 PM on 05/15, 2020.

Their call was returned this morning. At 8:30 am, my call was picked up without response or outgoing message. At 9:45 am I reached Customer Service representative Megan who transferred my call to a Review Specialist. She gave me a direct number to the Review Specialist department (the same one I’d been calling all morning).

The call was dropped during the transfer. I called back. My call was again picked up without response or outgoing message.

At 10:55 am, I reached Amanda in Customer Service who gave me the SAME telephone number, and with coercion, an email address. After being placed on hold for several minutes, I was told that the Review department was ‘not taking calls at this time’ and advised to call back in two hours.

I did receive a return call 2/3 days later. My gold time originally was 58 minutes, ridiculous amount of time. Representative was kind and helpful, just didnt have all my questions and concerns Lined up for the call. I wasnt going to have them call back it could be many more days. I just want to get a new lender. Im not a fan of this company.

Best news these days is Dovenmuehle transferred my mortgage to another company! If that other company is only a tiny bit better, I'll be happy. The latest is, I had requested early cancellation of MIP insurance, which can happen at 78% in my case. One rep told me I was at 72%, another said I had to pay down over $800 in order to cancel. Who do I believe? So I paid $830 online. 5 days later I get an email saying due to a "computer glitch" they neglected to apply it to my account. So I call to see what needs to happen, as I'm aware my account is being transferred. First they tell me the payment won't go thru and I should pay $830 to the new company and start over. I say what if I pay them and then you put my payment thru? They say have the bank deny it. The bank won't deny, I have to watch for it and request a reversal when it shows up. I call them back and someone else tells me it will DEFINITELY go thru that night. The next day the bank doesn't have it, so I call again. Oh no that's wrong, the $830 was REJECTED ON JUNE 2 and I'll be getting a snail mail telling me so. I honestly don't know how this company is allowed to stay in business. They're dealing with people's money and lives and nobody knows what they're doing or talking about. I'm so glad I'll no longer have to deal with them.

Coronavirus Assistance Not Available

I am looking to make interest only payments on my loan to help stay afloat thorough this crazy time. In doing so, I called them (11 AM Pacific) and the call goes through a long string of options and then says no one is available to help and disconnects. I go to the website (loansolutioncenter.com) to try to register and it won't let me register. I called three different phone numbers and all eventually get disconnected. This company does not seem interested at in helping people get through this crisis. I am hoping that my loan gets sold to another bank. All of my other mortgages are handled by banks that respond and help. This is the worst company I have worked with on this issue as there is no way of getting ahold of them.

I’m having the same experience. Even in normal times I couldn’t get in touch with them.

My loan was sold to them couple of years ago without my consent .

My old mortgage company PHH has posted on their front page in the website a three months mortgage payment waiver this company no announcement, zero! shameful!

Well I finally got through, but don't expect any Covid help. they will have you go through a whole process of filling stuff out and you have to APPLY, then the only thing they will do is wave three payments in a row.

Then on the 4th month, you have to pay all 4 PAYMENTS AT ONCE - The new payment and the past 3 MONTHS that were waved or you go into default. LOL what a joke

This company is the serving company for our Credit Union Ventura. I did not know how horrible they are. Put on hold, names of employees not really here. Did not give us paper work when it was promised. Did not give us the trust that we needed. We will not go into an agreement with this company in these times. It is a lying company, with employees do not care and the phone don't even work. Stay away do not do a forebearance with them, they will want all the money by May. Stupid people work there they cannot even operate a word doc. They sent a letter we will lose our home 5-13-2020 even though they said it was a mistake how many mistakes does this company need.?

Run far far far away these guys are really bad!!

Our mortgage was sold to this trash pile of a company and it's been a nightmare ever since. For starters here's what we were told by multiple customer service reps when setting up our online account and as much I was hoping they were just not trained and it couldn't be that bad it all turned out to be true. 1. You cannot pay online if you bank with a credit Union, therefore if you a credit union member you can't set up auto pay OR pay manually online, ever. They force you to open an account with a traditional bank. 2. The reason for this is: Their software is so old it cannot handle longer account numbers, we were told they use the same system they've been using since the mid 2000's. And they weren't joking. We tried a few times to see if we were just being told a lie it's true we had to open a bank account "just" to pay our mortgage. 2. Send a check you say? If you send a check they charge a processing fee of $49.00 to process check. 3. You cannot set up escrow for more than one insurance company so if you have flood or earthquake in addition to your normal homeowners you have to self pay, even the supervisors in the insurance dept can't grasp the concept of more than one policy on a home, it took me 20 minutes to try and explain to a very dumb manager and he still never got it. 4. There is no incentive for the customer service reps to treat you well, I was told "We bought your mortgage, you are stuck and we do not care how angry you are about it", those are real words from a rep at Dovenmuhle. 5. You cannot download online statements, tax docs or escrow detail it is not avaliable due to the ancient software the use, we had to wait for our tax statement in the mail and it arrived 2-10-2020, 10 days after the due date. WORST COMPANY, WORST TECHNOLOGY AND WORST EMPLOYEES IVE EVER RUN INTO. Even our insurance agent told us how bad it was they bought our mortgage they told us the Dovenmuhle is almost the bottom of the barrell only Mr. Cooper Mort is worse.

Why not refinance somewhere else ? I'd had enough of Huntington Bank so I left. Rates are low and there are easier companies to deal with.

Horrible. They do not return phone calls when they say. One department has no idea what another department is doing. We have been trying to get clear understanding and correct information for over 4 months and I am being conservative with that.

Have called 8 times for assistance with my loan payment, on line payment system would not take payment so I have to call and pay an additional fee. No o0ne returns my calls, when they do answer the phone I am transferred again and placed on hold, after 30 minutes holding on the line I am taken to the survey and then the call is discontinued. Worthless.

Like other banks it seems that your forberance will make you have to pay all your payments in a lump sum after your period is up. How in the world can this happen? If you don't have the money now, how will you have the money to pay a lump sum in a couple of months. Absolutely no help whatever. This whole help the borrower is just a scam.

Haven't heard from them yet.

Requesting the company to close our account from the three credit bureaus as it's affecting our credit report. Account had been closed for over ten years already and still remains open in the credit bureaus.

Dovenmuehle has tried to get mccalla and raymer in Georgia to foreclose on my land, however when i sent the CEO WILLIAM MYNATT a CERTIFIED RESTRICTED MAIL ROUND OF LETTERS ASKING FOR SPECIFIC information that would give them the right to own my land and to take it away from me, WILLIAM MYNATT NEVER RESPONDED. HOW WILLIE?? I THOUGHT YOU OWNED MY LAND? MY SIGNATURE CREATED THE SECURITY AND YOU WENT OUT AND SOLD IT. YOUR ARSES ARE CAUGHT!
