Mortgage sold to this garage company 3 months ago,,, I have waited a total of 4 hrs on hold to speak to a rep in this time,,,,, And I still haven't had ANYONE pickup the phone....I'm going to the FTC,, this is ridiculous,, they have a responsibility to service their customers.They now send a "security code" if you want to login to your account,, They are supposed to e-mail it,,, I've been waiting two days,, called twice,,I think this is their way of making you pay late to gain interest...
they are crooks,,,And I would have to refinance to get away from them.
